Based in Pennsylvania NeuroFlowa behavioral health company, has partnered with New Jersey-based Atlantic Health System to advance a collaborative care model for adult behavioral health patients across 16 Accountable Care Organization (ACO) sites.
NeuroFlow’s cloud-based platform enables healthcare providers to track, assess and connect with patients between traditional office visits. The company also offers AI-based clinical decision support with recommendations for next steps for each patient.
The partners will initially focus on migrating the healthcare system’s clinical workflow to NeuroFlow’s workload management tool.
Beginning in June, Atlantic Health will use NeuroFlow to support adult behavioral health patients in its ACOs and Atlantic Health System-affiliated Optimus Healthcare Partners ACOs. In the following months, younger patients will be enrolled and the partners will launch the collaborative care program.
