The Scottish government has proposed five bills which it says will tackle “misogynistic behaviour”. The bills would be prevent men from watching porn where others might see it or shout sexually abusive language towards women on the street. They would also ban men from making inflammatory remarks about women online or having “loud and explicit sexual conversations about women in a public place”. Those found guilty of violating these laws could face up to seven years in prison.
