Webbus international (WETO), a Chinese provider of charter buses and tour services, disclosed additional terms for a proposed US$20 million initial public offering.
Webus said it plans to offer 4 million common shares between $4 and $6, which would fetch $20 million if the price was median.
The company hopes to list its shares on the Nasdaq under the symbol WETO. Network 1 Financial acts as lead bookrunner.
webus first filed for IPO in February.
