CNN embarrasses Biden’s student loan scheme

Yesterday the United States Supreme Court heard oral arguments on the Biden administration’s student loan "forgiveness" bailout, which critics say is outright illegal. The New York Times described the contours of the case noting that it deals with "the legality of one of the most ambitious and costly executive actions in the nation’s history: the Biden administration’s plan to erase more than $400 billion in student debt due to the coronavirus pandemic."
