On Tuesday, Judge Juan Merchan will order Trump not to publicly release any details about Stormy’s “silent payment” case.
Trump will appear in New York court via video where Judge Merchan is expected to personally issue the gag order to the former president.

Earlier this month, the judge issued a gag order and blocked President Trump from posting information about Stormy Daniels’ “silent payment” case on his social media.
The judge also barred Trump from seeing the evidence in the Stormy case unless his lawyers were present.
Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsifying business documents and conspiracy in March.
Trump was placed under pending arraignment after a Manhattan grand jury indicted him on unwanted charges related to ‘silent payments’ to porn star Stormy Daniels and Playboy center Karen McDougal.
Juan Merchan, a far-left New York Supreme Court justice who previously donated to Joe Biden, threatened Trump with a gagging order in April.
On Tuesday, the judge will personally order Trump not to publicly share details of the Stormy Daniels case.

Donald Trump will appear in a New York courtroom on Tuesday via video, where a judge is expected to impress upon him that he cannot publicly disclose certain evidence in the criminal case against him over money paid to a porn star .
Manhattan State Court Judge Juan Merchan agreed to let the former US president appear remotely, avoiding a repeat of the heavy security required on April 4 when Trump was arraigned and pleaded not guilty in person. Prosecutors and attorneys for Trump will appear in Merchan’s courtroom.
The restrictions on Trump relate to grand jury transcripts, witness statements and other documents that prosecutors are required to turn over to the defense in preparation for trial.
