The Fettermobile is a food truck-style vehicle that will criss-cross Pennsylvania, organizing, registering voters, selling campaign merchandise and educating about John Fetterman’s senatorial campaign.
The Fetterman campaign announced:
Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman’s campaign for the U.S. Senate launched the Fettermobile on Saturday. This food truck-style vehicle will criss-cross Pennsylvania over the final six weeks of the campaign, selling merchandise, organizing, registering voters and spreading Fetterman’s message.
The Fettermobile will debut at Fetterman rallies today in Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley, and will be present at nearly every Fetterman campaign event through November 8.
He will also make countless stops at other events across the Commonwealth not sponsored by the campaign – such as community picnics, Democratic Party events, high school and college football games and other events. .
The Fetterman campaign hopes the truck will visit every county in Pennsylvania before Election Day in November.
One of the strengths of Lieutenant Governor Fetterman’s campaign is his creativity in reaching Pennsylvania voters. The Fetterman campaign used humor, social media videos and traditional outreach tactics to engage with voters.
In contrast, Republican candidate Dr. Oz struggled to connect with Pennsylvania voters and instead opted for appearances on Fox News and smaller events in the state and bombarded the state with negative ads about Fetterman.
If the Oz campaign was trying to counter Fetterman’s truck, it would probably look like a 1985 Chrysler K car selling miracle diet pills out of its trunk in South Jersey.
John Fetterman maintained his lead in the U.S. Senate contest from Pennsylvania, and as the Fettermobile demonstrates, he’s taking nothing for granted in the final six weeks of the campaign.
