California Governor Gavin Newsom has finally been located. Turns out he was on a “personal trip” to Baja California while his constituents were freezing to death.
Here’s San Francisco Chronicle reporter Emily Hoeven with the news.
NEW: @GavinNewsom returned to the state, according to his press office.

We all remember the media uproar two years ago, when Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) briefly flew to Cancun amid a power breakdown in Texas even though he had no power to help. Don’t expect the same reaction from the corporate press, even though Newsom is literally the most powerful elected leader in the state.
Like Cristina Laila from TGP before reportedresidents of San Bernardino, Calif., are snowbound and running out of supplies after the latest winter storm dumped several feet of snow in the area.
In addition to supply concerns, some roads remain closed.
ABC 7 reporter David Gonzales previously reported that it was a “life or death situation” to Crestline.
A life or death situation takes place in #SanBernardinoMountains after this week’s mighty #winter storm. It is #Crest line, #California March 4. #abc7eyewitness #cawx #time #californiablizzard pic.twitter.com/R3P68gQb7Z

Redstate.com’s Jennifer Van Laar reports heartbreaking news information including one death.
BREAKING: According to sources involved with rescue efforts in the snow-capped mountain communities of San Bernardino, at least one person has been found dead in their home. More details later this afternoon on RedState.

On Friday, the sheriff of San Bernardino prevented 6 pvt helicopters from landing and threatened the pilots with criminal citation even though he has no authority over them. Now there is said to be a CA Gov memo allowing pvt helicopters to land but sources say no one has actually seen it

Van Laar has a believable theory as to why Newsom doesn’t care even as San Bernardino residents ask for help by writing “help us” in the snow.
Hey @GavinNewsom when your constituents have to resort to this to try and get vital food and supplies, you’ve failed completely. Are you ignoring them because San Bernardino County voted to secede in November?

This is almost certainly why the Biden regime was so slow to help the people of eastern Palestine, Ohio after the toxic train derailment. Like TGP before reportedthey apparently wanted to punish voters for not supporting Biden.
THE news only gets worse for Californians. Some residents, especially the elderly, of Mendocino County in northern California have been stuck at home for more than 10 days. They remain without electricity and lack supplies.
Crazy things are happening in NorCal because of the storms. The elderly are stuck in their homes for more than 10 days because they cannot cross the snow levels in the mountainous regions of #Mendocino County. Still no electricity or cell service. #CAwx 1/3

In Humboldt County, which is just north of California’s state capital, Sacramento, CAL FIRE, the U.S. Coast Guard and local sheriff’s department have coordinated hay drops for livestock in rural areas since herders have not been able to go out to feed them.
At Humboldt Co, CAL FIRE, the U.S. Coast Guard and the Sheriff’s Department coordinated hay drops for livestock in rural areas unable to be fed by ranchers overland due to road and weather conditions. First time they had to drop hay since 1989. 6-8 feet of snow. Many have not been fed for 8 days. 2/3
