“I take vitamin D (I live in Maine), vitamin K2, magnesium, and blueberry. I started taking blueberry 4.5 years ago when the eye doctor told me I was developing cataracts. During my last visit 6 months ago, the doctor told me that the progression of my cataract had slowed down and that I would not need an operation for at least 10 years. I also started wearing sunglasses when I saw snow and water, which I neglected to do all my life until I was told I had cataracts.“
