• At 8:30 a.m. ET, Personal income and expenses, April 2023. The consensus is for a 0.4% increase in personal income and a 0.4% increase in personal expenditure. And for the Core PCE price index to rise 0.3%. PCE prices are expected to increase 4.3% year-on-year and core PCE prices up 4.6% year-on-year.
• Also at 8:30 a.m., Durable Goods Orders for April from the Census Bureau. The consensus is calling for a 1.1% drop in durable goods orders.
• At 10:00 a.m., University of Michigan Consumer Confidence Index (Final for May). The consensus is for a reading of 57.7.
