According to a retiree who witnessed the incident where Navy veteran Daniel Penny put Jordan Neely, a deranged homeless man who threatened passengers, in a chokehold on a New York City subway train earlier this month, Not only is Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg wrong to prosecute him, but Daniel Penny is a hero for his actions.
Claiming that Penny’s actions were in self-defense, the witness strongly believes that he protected many people who might otherwise have been harmed that day. In an interview with Fox News Digital, she passionately expressed her belief that Penny’s actions were saving people.
“He’s a hero,” said the passenger, a minority woman who has resided in New York for more than five decades. She told Fox News Digital, “It was self-defense, and I believe in my heart that he saved a lot of people that day who could have been hurt.”…
“I’m sitting on a train reading my book and all of a sudden I hear someone spouting this rhetoric. He said, ‘I don’t care if I have to kill an F, I will. I will go to prison, I will take a bullet,” recalls the witness.
